  1. Q: What do I need to bring to wear for...
    A: Family Portraits = Wear similar colors and style, such as everyone formal or casual with long sleeves or short sleeves. Color tones the same such as earthy colors (brown, maroon, hunter green, cream, etc.) All white or all black long sleeve shirts with jeans or khaki.
    A: Children's Limited Edition Sets = All clothes are provided for all our scenes.
    A: Newborn = Blessing outfit, special blanket, or bonnet. If Mom and Dad will be in some of the portraits, please come in plain black tops with long sleeves. We can also do them in white as well, bring long sleeve white shirts with jeans or khaki.
  2. Q: How long does the portrait session take?
    A: We block off an hour for each portrait session so usually 45 minutes or so depending on what children's set we are doing, how many people are in the family portrait, etc. If we are doing Newborn Portraits, it usually takes at least an hour if not more since most of the time mom needs to feed the baby.
  3. Q: How long does it take to get the portraits back?
    A: Our turnaround time is usually 3 to 4 weeks depending on if we are framing the portrait. We'll contact you by phone or email when your order is ready.
  4. Q: When will we be able to view the portraits and place our order?
    A: After your session, we will schedule another appointment for you to return to our studio and view the finished portraits on our 92 inch screen. We will project your portraits and show you the exact size of how your portrait will look on your wall. We will have samples of different retouching techniques, size samples, textures, brag books, frames and other products to show you. This usually takes at least an hour. It really depends on you and how much time you need to decide on what it is you would like to purchase.
  1. Q: Do you have layaway or extended payment options?
    A: Yes, we have both. We want to make it as easy for you as possible to get exactly what you want. For standard purchases, we require a 50% down payment at the time of your order with the balance due upon delivery. We alos have extended payment plans available designed to fit your need. One such plan would be 50% down payment at the time of your order with the remaining balance broken up into 6 monthly payments with no interest charges.
  2. Q: Do you offer framing?
    A: Yes. In fact for all images you would like to have framed, we highly recommend using our expert framing service. We can help you choose the perfect frame to compliment your portrait.
  3. Q: What other items do you offer?
    A: Most of our clients come to us initially for our artisan quality canvas wall portraits. However, to compliment any wall portrait or wall portrait collection, we also offer numerous unique and creative ways to enjoy and share the photographic art we create fo you, including story book albums, canvas wraps, multiple image framed galleries, greeting cards, gift portraits and much more.
  4. Q:Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
    A: Absolutely. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your experience and any purchase you make with us. We unconditionally guarantee that: (1) from your session, we'll create breathtaking images or we'll re-photograph your session at no cost or refund your original session fee, and (2) upon delivery, you are not 100% satisfied with the final products we've created for you, we'll reproduce and replace them - or refund 100% of any amount you paid.
  1. Q: Do you charge a separate session/creation fee for each child?
    A: Never. Our session/creation fee remains the same regardless of the number of siblings in your family. Just let us know at the tim e you schedule your session so we can allocate plenty of time to capture some very special moments of each child individually as well as all pairings and groups.
  2. Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
    A: We are happy to accept Visa and MasterCard.
  3. Q: How much can I expect to spend at your studio?
    A: Our session/creation fee is $75. Most of our clients come to us because they want something really special such as gift portraits (starting at only $80) and/or canvas wall portraits starting at $319. We also offer storybook albums and exclusive multiple-image framed gallery collections.
  4. Q: Where is the studio located?
    A: Our studio is located in North Coventry in Chester County, about 5 minutes away from the Coventry Mall about 20 minutes west of the King of Prussia Mall.
  5. Q: Do you photograph pets?
    A: We would be happy to photograph your family pet.
  6. Q: What sizes are available? A: Since we are a custome portrait studio, we can make any size you can dream up from standard 24x30, squares 30x30, 40x60, 5x30, and any and every size in between.
  1. Q: What finishes are used?
    A: All wall portraits are printed on canvas and stretched to create a true work of art. All portrait gift sets (size 8x10 and smaller) are printed on photographic paper. 8x10 and 5x7 sizes are also mounted and sprayed.
  2. Q: Do you offer Gift Certificates?
    A: Yes, in increments of $100 can be purchased by cash, check, or credit card.
  3. Q: Will you travel for portraits? A: Yes, we have traveled througout the United States and internationally as well for weddings, family portraits, and other vents. We also have limited dates available for shore portraits.
